TEAM EXPECTATIONS

To have a successful season we must all conduct ourselves in a manner in which we think of the team before ourselves.

The following is a summary of expectations for each team member:

1) You are expected to keep up with your academics. Manage your time wisely!! If we have a late practice, get some of your homework done beforehand. ACADEMICS COME FIRST!!

2) You must attend every practice, be on time and fully prepared.

The scheduled starting time for practice is NOT arrival time.

You must be on the court, weight room, or meeting room READY to practice at that time.

3) NO CELL PHONES permitted during practice or team meetings/film sessions. This includes water breaks. Your complete attention is expected. Exceptions may occur. You must ask to use cell phone in such a situation.

4) We will be practicing during the December break. ALL players, both varsity and JV, are expected to be there. We are hosting a varsity holiday tournament.

5) 100% COMMITMENT and EFFORT is expected from each of you!!

6) You represent Dayton High School and the town of Springfield. Remember this and act accordingly on the court and off the court,

in school and out of school, at home games and away games.

*FAILURE TO MEET THESE EXPECTATIONS WILL BE DEALT WITH ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
