Mission Statement
To promote the power of Dayton Baseball in developing the qualities of personal character, leadership, competitive greatness, and the drive for academic excellence of all our student-athletes.  The Dayton Baseball Character Code along with the Dayton Coaches will focus their attention on a program that will build men for other.  Our job is to teach boys to become men of substance and impact by focusing on relationships and a cause beyond themselves.  The key components or the “moral and ethnical foundation” of the Dayton Baseball Character Code are:
